Aten Clayton & Eaton PLLC is a litigation firm assisting clients with cases in New Hampshire and Vermont. We handle civil trials and appeals in the state and federal courts of both states.

Our practice includes insurance defense, first and third-party insurance coverage, insurance fraud, arson, uninsured motorist claims, premises and auto liability, fire liability, environmental liability, products liability, and commercial and employment litigation. We also participate in private and court-ordered alternative dispute resolution and regularly serve as volunteer mediators in the New Hampshire Superior Court system.
