T. Aten
Keith Aten is
a trial attorney who concentrates his practice on civil litigation
in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on insurance coverage
and defense. Additionally, he handles commercial and
employment litigation and litigation involving First Amendment
issues. Mr. Aten served as a Law Clerk to the Vermont Superior Court
during the 1993-1994 term.

Gregory
S. ClaytonGregory Clayton
has over twenty years experience, including trial work in both New
Hampshire and Vermont. He also served as a Judicial Clerk to the Maine Supreme
Court during the 1982-1983 term. Mr. Clayton's trial practice is focused on
personal injury, product liability and insurance coverage matters.
He also handles matters involving arson, fire-related liability,
timber trespass and environmental claims. He serves as a
private mediator in Vermont and New Hampshire.
Gregory Clayton
has been a guest lecturer for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
Arson Fraud Investigation Seminar, the New Hampshire Vocational Technical
College Fire Investigation Course, the New Hampshire and Vermont Chapters
of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Vermont
Bar Association Insurance Law Committee, the New Hampshire Adjusters
Association, the Vermont Claims Seminar and the Loss Managers
Conference of the Mutual Fire Insurance Association of New England.
He is a
member of the Vermont Bar Association's Professional Responsibility
Committee and the Grafton County Superior Court Advisory Committee.
He also serves as a court-appointed mediator for the New Hampshire
Superior Court.

Gregory Eaton
has been a trial attorney since 1993.
He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, particularly insurance
defense and coverage litigation. He also handles commercial and
employment litigation. Mr. Eaton serves as a court-appointed
mediator for the New Hampshire Superior Court, and is the past
president of the Grafton County Bar Association. He has served

New Hampshire Bar Association Committee on Professionalism and is a
